Great Gatherings
What are Great Gatherings?
Great Gatherings are parties, activities or even clubs, hosted and paid for by Eureka Union School District families and staff. They are a way to build and strengthen our EUSD community while raising money for the Eureka Schools Foundation. Big or small. For couples, just moms, or just dads. For kids, and even whole families. There’s a Great Gathering for everyone! And 100% of ticket sales go back to ESF.
Hosting a Great Gathering Means…
…you (and maybe some friends?) are hosting an open event for friends and families of the Eureka Union School District community
…you come up with the concept, the date, the location, the admission price and a description for the Online Auction & Auction Gala to help “sell” your Gathering
…you determine your target audience (parents, students, educators) and how many participants you can accommodate
…you are responsible for all costs, liability and logistics associated with throwing your Gathering
…you are doing the work and ESF is reaping the benefits. 100% of the proceeds from the Gatherings enrich our schools.
Interested in Hosting?
Great! Here’s how:
- Gather up some hosts, pick your idea and Gathering date/time.
- Then, fill out the ESF Donation Form.
- Reminder: Events can be held any date or time from 11/1/19 – 10/31/20. Please keep other school events and religious holidays in mind when you are picking a date for your Great Gathering.
