The 32nd Annual Eureka Schools Foundation Gala was a tremendous success, marking a record year of community support and a beautiful new venue at the Chalet Event Center. With over 200 attendees, including parents, teachers, administrators, principals, and EUSD School Board members, the event reflected the heart of our community’s commitment to enriching education. Each year, this event raises critical funds for programs like STEAM, athletics, arts, music, and libraries in the Eureka Union School District, and this year’s incredible turnout exceeded expectations.

Thanks to the generosity of our attendees and online auction participants, we raised over $145,000, directly supporting enrichment programs that shape the educational experience of every student in our district. The auction, open to the entire community, featured unique donations from local businesses and one-of-a-kind school experiences, such as “Principal for a Day,” special performance seating, and teacher-hosted activities. The gala’s live auction offered exclusive items, including vacation packages, shopping sprees, and VIP sports tickets, with competitive bidding that was a highlight of the evening.

This year’s “Fund-A-Need” initiative focused on athletics, raising over $30,000 to enhance resources for school sports across all grade levels—an essential aspect of student wellness and development. The overwhelming support for our athletics fund speaks to our community’s commitment to holistic education and fostering lifelong healthy habits in our young learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, whose generosity made this event possible, and to the parent volunteers and event committee who dedicated countless hours to planning and coordinating donations. On behalf of the entire ESF Parent Volunteer Team, thank you to everyone who contributed to this unforgettable evening. Your support ensures that our schools remain vibrant places for growth, exploration, and learning. Here’s to another impactful year for ESF!
